PG Courses
Institute for Ayurved Studies and Research, F.O.A., Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, offers postgraduate (PG) medical education primarily through Doctor of Medicine (M.D. Ayurveda) and Master of Surgery (M.S. Ayurveda) programmes. These courses last three years.  

PG Specialisations (MD/MS Ayurveda)
The college maintains several postgraduate departments. Based on institutional departments and recent allotment data, the available specialisations include:

Admission and Eligibility

  • Entrance Exam: Admission to these PG programmes is based on the AIAPGET (All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test) results.
  • Seat Quota: Seats are distributed between the All India Quota (15%), conducted by AACCC, and the State Quota (85%), handled by Shri Krishna AYUSH University (SKAU). There is also a 10% reservation for in-service AYUSH Medical Officers in government seats.
  • Eligibility: Candidates must hold a B.A.M.S. degree with at least 50% marks and have completed a one-year compulsory internship. 

Fee Structure

For the MD/MS (Ayurveda) courses, the estimated total tuition fee is approximately ₹90,000 for the entire programme. Annual breakdown (as per previous government notifications) is roughly:

  • 1st Year: ~₹83610
  • 2nd Year: ~₹81410
  • 3rd Year: ~₹86410
